45 Ton Gantry Crane Feature Description

.45 Ton Gantry Crane is used in factory, shipyard, bridge and road construction, etc to do common lifting and unloading works. This kind of crane is composed of bridge, support legs, crane travelling organ, trolley, electric equipment, strong lifting Winch or Hoist. In a gantry crane, the main bridge beam is supported by two supporting legs that run along the rail at the ground level. There are different capacities for single and double girder gantry cranes for your choice according to different use. Customer`s own special inquiry is highly welcome. Heavy duty plug head

The components are positioned in a maintenance friendly way, and the whole layout provides good protection against accidental contact.

The multi-wire type fixed cables with plastic insulation are intended for crane usage.

The flat cables used for festoons are PVC insulated flexible flat cables rated for 450/750V, specially designed for cranes, hoists.

Festoon cables are suspended on cable saddles, fixed to cable trolleys, running in a galvanised C-track, which is connected to the main girder with bolted or welded support brackets.

.Safety protection

.Both the end of horizontal and vertical rail are equipped with Limit Switch and baffle to avoid the dropping of the

main engine.

The internal friction clutch of the hanging machine can lead to the motor idling when over weight hanging and prevent the machine body and load chain from damage.

The upper and lower limit switches will be immediately prompted to stall the motor when over weight lift. Also, there is overheating protection device to protect the motor from overheating and burning.

The emergency stop button will make the whole system power failure and will be restarted manually.
